4. One-Time Purchases

For one-time digital product purchases:

  • Condition: Product must not have been downloaded or accessed
  • Defective Products: Full refund if the product is materially different from description or defective

5. Custom Services

For custom content creation and marketing services:

  • Initial Consultation: No charge for initial consultation and proposal
  • Work in Progress: Refunds for work in progress are calculated based on completed deliverables
  • Completed Work: No refunds for completed and delivered custom work
  • Dissatisfaction: We will work with you to address concerns before considering refunds
